The first issue of Fall 2018 opens with an interview with FUA alumna Gina Valentino. Also featured are articles about La Specola Museum, a custom fragrance creative experience at Erboristeria San Simone, and exploring the various bookstores of Florence. The second issue of Summer 2018 opens with the FUA Summer Photography Exhibitions. Also featured are articles about a rock performance group, the Steve McCurry photo exhibit, Super Tuscan wines and Aperitivo here at Ganzo, among others. There is also a student piece about living in an Italian homestay, the Look of the Month written by our FAST students and a “Faces of Florence” photo piece.

BLENDING MAGAZINE SPRING/SUMMER 18 YEAR 8 ISSUE 1

The Spring/Summer 2018 issue of Blending Magazine was inspired by the FUA-SBU conference theme Teaching Traditions: Health, Wellness and Non-Hotel Lodging Trends in the Hospitality Industry. The issue also features the simple act of walking, mass-tourism in the Florentine Community as well as Florence’s Gucci Garden.
